Chemeketa Writes Poster

CHALLENGE: Create a poster advertising Brittney Corrigan's poetry reading and workshop sponsored by Chemeketa Writes.

SOLUTION: To start, I researched the author's style and the theme of her work. I was then inspired to create this turtle illustration, which became the focus of the poster. The typeface was selected to match the theme of the reading, contrasting the natural world with very geometric and sharp typography. This design was selected by the client.
