Ochasuki Tea

CHALLENGE: Develop a drink brand including naming convention, branding, and packaging design. One of the drinks must be a limited edition.

SOLUTION: For this project I wanted to create a high-end green tea brand. To create an elegant and premium feel I put the name in Japanese calligraphy and included hand-painted flower illustrations to depict the different flavors. While researching, I found that green tea is sensitive to light exposure so I chose a white glass vessel to protect the tea. To further develop the brand, I also designed the packaging for a loose leaf tea line and a Japanese snack subscription box.
